- determining whether the actual land use complies with title documents, land management documentation for land plots, and applicable legal regulations;
- determining whether the completed normative monetary valuation of land complies with the requirements of applicable legal regulations.

Indicative List of Documents Required for Land Management Expertise
To resolve the issues related to land management expertise, the expert should be provided with the original documents or duly certified high-quality copies of the relevant title documents and land management documentation for the land plots.
If the expert is unable to independently perform topographic and geodetic surveying, the results of such work must be provided for examination by the authority or person who appointed the expertise (or engaged the expert).
