Electronic court has started working
The Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System (ESITS) is an organizational and technical system created to ensure the functioning of electronic court proceedings in Ukraine after the adoption of the new procedural codes of 2017.
At the end of 2018, the "Electronic Court" subsystem was launched in test mode in local and appellate courts. This subsystem was introduced for the purpose of electronic exchange of documents between courts and all participants in the trial.
Reception and registration of procedural documents from participants in the trial is carried out from "" users (participants in the trial) created in the Electronic Court).
Documents are submitted in two formats: in the format of an electronic document, which are considered original documents, and also in the format of an electronic copy of a paper document, which are considered certified copies of the original documents. The latter may require the submission of their original for verification.
