Regarding Article 37-1 of the Land Code of Ukraine and its item 6 on easement for passage

Few people know that last year a rather interesting paragraph was added to item 6 of Article 37-1 of the Land Code of Ukraine: "Owners and users of land plots of all forms of ownership, located in an array of agricultural land, are obliged to grant the right of easement to ensure passage (passage) to other owners and users of land plots to the land plot belonging to them by the corresponding right."

The nature of this paragraph in terms of rational land use is clear, but nevertheless... People have been litigating for years to get the right of way to their land (easement), and it turns out that everything has been decided long ago...well, almost decided.
